When did your preemie walk?

My preemie is 14 months she's still not walking but is trying to walk holding on to things. I hope she does soon she's getting heavy lol

My daughter was born at 28 weeks, crawled at 7 months., walked at 11 months.

My son was born at 34 weeks, crawled at 6 months, walked at 10 months.


Full term girl that I was a nanny for didn't walk until 19 months...she didn't even talk really until she was 4...she is 15 now and BRILLIANT!!

It's amazing how different each child can be. Even though my daughter was much earlier, she was far more advanced than my son. He didn't start talking until he was 3.5 but he could figure out how to take apart and put back together tons of stuff, lol! Children are so awesome.

My 35 weaker just turned 9 months on the 26th and has been pulling up and taking small steps while holding things for 2-3 weeks now.

She did everything in a course of a few weeks- crawling, then sitting up, then pulling up and standing. So it will be interesting to see if walking follows in suit.

My 25 weeker started walking at about 18 months actual/14 months adjusted. I was looking at her milestones today, and she started rolling both ways at 3.5 months adjusted, and my 4.5 month, full term babe still doesn't roll over. My husband say's it's because I "pushed her". Haha. More like I worked with her. She was in physical therapy, and I was much more conscious about what she was doing, and when. I'm not worried about my new baby, and pretty much don't put her down

My 1st DS born at 35 weeks started walking at 14 months. My DS #3 born at 34 weeks started walking at 13 months

not really a preemie but ds1 was born at 36 weeks and he was walking at 8 months

My son walked at just shy of 14 months, which would have been 12 months adjusted

DS was 18 months. He was a 34 weeker. He had PT 2x a week to get him there. He finally graduated PT at 3.5, and still has a little weakness, but PT wasn't making progress anymore.

My son was born at exactly 31 weeks. He will be one in two weeks and he is walking assisted and cruising around furniture. He is too funny - he only army crawls.

Girls are 18 months and still only crawling or walking while holding on to things. Doc is still not worried but now that I am getting really pregnant I NEED them to start walking!
