Went to our first birthing options class

It was at my OB's office but the midwife in the practice held the class and it was awesome. I really feel better after the 2.5 hour session. They really put everything on the table, from lactation consultants to pediatricians to epidurals and natural birth. Learned so much. Everyone else in the class was due in October or November, so I think we kind of snuck into the group, but it was worth the $35 for me.

We're going to do a private birthing class at the end of the month and then a breastfeeding class with the hospital because they advocate it heavily. They have a lot of resources and lunches for BFing.
