How was the customer service: great. Tanya emailed me with updates, and posted a preview pic on her facebook.
Review of the product: This diaper gets a lot of use at our house and it is still super soft and squishy. The outer print has faded a little but everything else is holding up very well.

What did you buy: a dozen birdseye cotton cloth towels.
How was the customer service: Awesome, she is local to me and is a wonderful mama to deal with. I've bought a few things from her (some OBV from a split order) and split shipping with soap and she's always very nice.
Review of the product: We use them every day, I only wish I had ordered more. They are well made, with beautiful thread on the serge and came nicely packaged.
Any additional comments: I can't wait to order more stuff from her!
