I have this too. Seeing a good prenatal chiro is a God-send, but i have also been having great results with doing a few simple pelvic tilts each night. It literally takes me a minute and it has really helped!

Chiro! I couldn't do anything if it weren't for mine. Make sure you get one that is certified to do work on preggo women. You can search for one in your area here:
