just got a kitchen-aid mixer...
what are your favorite things to make with yours?
also, does it make breadmaking easy enough to make it worth making homemade?

Re: just got a kitchen-aid mixer...
What model do you have? If you have the Artisan/Classic, you will be able to use it for up to two loaves of bread worth of dough at a time. It does the job, but I'd prefer a bigger one.

Re: just got a kitchen-aid mixer...
Bagels! I make them all the time. It is literally THEE easiest recipe. I'll attach the link. The instructions are long to read through, but super easy and fast to make. I found the Barley Malt Syrup at my local health food store. You don't use much, but its makes a big difference. My family gobbles them up and friends rave about them. I always double the recipe and it works great. Can't go wrong!

Shred chicken, beef or pork for tacos, sandwiches, etc. Throw some ingredients in to mix up a crust while you get some pizza ingredients ready. By the time topping as ready, the crust is ready to roll out.

Re: just got a kitchen-aid mixer...
I have one too & love it. I use it daily, at least once. I'm big into making everything from scratch, including bread. If you eat wheat, I posted a good no-knead bread recipe in the Kitchen area. It's totally worth baking your own bread, and other goodies.

I use mine all the time. If you want to do something super easy, get some heavy cream and make whipped cream!
But you really should make chocolate pudding to go with it.

I just posted by Bosch for sale but y'all are making me want to keep it. I can't eat wheat and kids can't have dairy or soy. What else do y'all do w yours aside from bread.
I have the food processor and blender. No other attachments .
