Whats on your menu for next week?

I ALWAYS throw veggies on the side of everything so I usually just make a main and then veggies

Sunday- Grilled burgers w/ pepper jack cheese, and hot dogs
Monday- Crockpot pot roast w/ mashed potatoes
Tuesday- Make your own pizza night (the kids fav. night of the week!) This is good for my kids because they are older so they roll out their own dough, shred their own cheese and help me cook the sauce.
Wednesday- Crockpot Potato Soup
Thursday- BBQ grilled chicken
Friday- Spaghetti and Garlic bread
Saturday-Roast Pork chops and apples
Sunday-Either Tacos and cheese rolls or Blueberry wheat pancakes

I have one vegetarian child and on the meat nights he usually gets his pick whatever he wants on the side. He likes a lot of stir-frys and home-made mac that I usually make a big pot of for the week and pull out for sides. I'm trying to get him to eat tofu more. I'd love to see some vegetarian meal plans and get some better ideas.

Whole chicken in the crockpot. Homemade pizza on beer bread dough. Enchiladas, roasted tomato soup & caprese sandwiches.

Crockpot steak over noodles, green beans, bread
Nachos
Beans with cornbread
Smothered steak with mashed potatoes, brocolli
Bowtie pasta with spagetti sauce/meat, garlic bread
Angel hair pasta with garlic butter sauce and roasted chicken, spinach , sweet corn
Baked Tilapia with peas and rice

Our meals are veggie except for the salmon and I may add some shrimp to the stir fry.

Breakfast for dinner is a good meatless option. Easy and cheap.

Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: Beef and Broccoli
Friday: Roasted Veggies and Quinoa
Saturday: Grilled Chicken Salad
Sunday: Ribs and something yet TBD
