How long was the labor with your second lo?

Totally not the typical case here....

Baby #1 induced, nearly 30hr labor, c-section

Baby #2 induced, 9 hours start to finish

Both inductions were medically indicated - the first for HELLP, the second for preeclampsia.

Interested to see what the future holds for #3!

Baby #1 - 2 days from due date and 12 hour labour ( first cramp to delivery)

Baby #2 - 1 week early and 5 hour labour ( first cramp to delivery).... half hour of this was tring to hold baby in untill the doctor got to the hospital

First baby-
My membranes were stripped around 8pm at my very late OB appointment. Started contracting but nothing regular.
Around 3am I started to feel like I was actually in labor, got to the hospital at around 5:30 am had the baby at 2:30pm... soooo like less than 12 hours?

Second baby-
Woke up at 3am, knew I was in labor but it was nothing too heavy so I did laundry and cleaned the house.
7am I call my mom because I'm thinking its go time and in the 5 minutes it take my mom to get to the house my labor almost completely stops
10:30 am starts back with a fury, had the baby at 1:45 or 2:45.... don't really remember
so the really uncomfortable part was much shorter.... but I was still in labor for 12 hours ish.... kinda

I was in labor for six hours with my second.

3 hrs w/1st, 25 hrs w/2nd (my dd likes to be difficult), 1 hr w/3rd

1st - 6 hours
2nd - 3 hours
3rd - 3 1/2 hours
4th - we'll have to see.....

My water never broke until labor was well underway....with all of them, baby was delivered less than 30 minutes from water breaking (with #2 I went from a 4 to a 10 in less than 20 minutes, #3 was only slightly longer than that.)
