LOL thanks! It feel so good and i go slow down and slow up w/ the 26# kb...feels great. And i only do 4 perfect form ones at a time. DH and I are going to make a video on "how to squat w/ PG" i have alot of friends who want to relieve thier hip pain, but we want to show them how safely!

And good for you squating everyday! So good for your hips!

and lol yup most of you are average including yours Im just big haha. And it might be due to GD which I just found out that I have yesterday.
