Made by Connorsmama Creations. I've got a EUC, basically new, soaker for sale. I think my daughter was in this one time. :-) It was too cute to use I think and has been in perfect storage since then!

Colors are a tie die purple with orange waist and leg bands. Fantastic workmanship on this interlock soaker - hand cut scuba girl, fish and flower detail! It also has fabric details on the sides to match a Goodmama diaper called scuba girl, (I think that was the name, it's since retired). Really, really super cute!
