Has one small dark spot that I am clueless to identify

I also have this fleece soaker, made by me from Katrina pattern. XL, GUC, it is pilly! Also needs a seam repaired. Works just fine I just prefer to use wool! $5ppd. ($3ppd if you take it with the fitted!)
