What do I do?
What is the protocol for non-responsive mamas? I paid for some items 10/10 and haven't heard from the mama since. The items are not showing as shipped through pp. I have emailed her twice. Do I wait longer, cancel payment or ?

I normally have moms wait a full 10-12 business days before filing a dispute with paypal.
