We would love to keep this little secret until I am 16+ weeks but I don't know if it is possible. I would love to announce a gender when we tell since this will be our 3rd and I can already foresee the negative comments from dh's family. I am pretty petite, if I can find it I will post a picture of me around 16 weeks from my last pregnancy to get some feedback and how to!

This is actually 17 weeks and a few days.

The cold weather will help! How far are you now and where do you live? (Sorry if this is visible, I'm on my phone and can't see details!) I honestly can't remember when I popped with ds. But he was my first so I'm expecting to pop earlier this time. I still have left over pudge that's going to be pushed out as everything gets bigger, so I'll be surprised if I could hide it until 12 weeks.

I am due in mid August, literally just found out we are expecting. I am in Kentucky so it will cetainly be cold weather when I am in this range (Late Feb). This will be my third so I am really worried I will pop sooner, I did with my second. My first I could have hidden until late into my second trimester.

I didn't hide this pregnancy... I was too excited. However, I am 17 weeks, and don't even get looks of "is she pregnant?" yet. :/ Some days I am REALLY bloated. But those days are few and far between now. I am about 140 lbs, 5'6ish... so I'm not heavy by any means, just not "out there" yet. I could probably hide this pregnancy for another 2-3 weeks ATLEAST if I needed to.

If your belly is similar to the one in the pic then I think a thick jacket could easily cover it!

I was able to hide my first (6 month) and 2nd (probably 5 months) for a long while. Both were winter pregancies and sweaters/sweatshirts hide stuff much easier than summer clothes

With #3 I popped so much earlier. It was crazy. By 12 weeks I was obviously pregnant.

I am thinking of getting a few bigger hoodies and sweaters for when I see people which is normally just on the weekend anyway.

This is what I am afraid of. I am not in the shape I was pre-baby last time either, so I am afraid that 3rd pregnancy teamed with that are going to contribute to showing a lot earlier.

With my 3rd I made it to 13 weeks. Probably could have gone to 20

I've been wondering if I would be able to wait the standard 12 weeks.

immediate family would kill me if I kept it from them for the full 12 weeks though, I'm mostly thinking work.
