I've not heard of sandwiches but PB and crackers are common and normal where I came from.

ETA: I've heard of PB sandwiches, just not with chili.

Bowl and spoon for chili. We actually eat most of our food out of soup bowls and I always eat with a soup spoon, unless the food MUST be stabbed.

Bowl and FORK! But I put fritos, cheese, green onions and sour cream, and my chili is thick (I don't like soupy chili), so it needs a fork to get those fritos
