Uterine Window? What do you know about it?

I was told during the C/S for the 4th that I had a uterine window. The dr. didn't need a knife to cut through the uterine wall just his finger. He said in subsequent pregnancy(ies) I would probably need to deliver around 38weeks and they would do an amino to insure the baby's lung were developed enough before the C/S was scheduled. I am now 4-5 weeks pregnant with my 5th. So, what do you know? What's your experience?

I was told this is what I have along with such severe scarring that to safely deliver my last one without injuring me it took an hour in surgery. I have been told I must be delivered at 37 weeks should we ever have another baby because at 38 weeks I was still very thin.

How many C/S have you had? If you don't mind me asking?
