I had a very faint bfp on a dollar store test with both my pregnancies, so tested against a few minutes later with a first response and it was a definite bfp. (I always seem to have some tests on hand, the lady at the dollar store gave me a hard time about buying 10 of them at once) Maybe that brand just has lighter lines? It was really hard to squeeze out more pee to take the second test but so worth it.

I just took another one with a cheapie and the line didnt look any different maybe ill go get a better test for tomorrow

If you took one with a different type of test, you really can't compare lines at all. Even with the exact same kind of test (brand) it's difficult to really closely compare lines. Different tests have different amounts of dye, and are different sensitivities.
Also, the hcg levels should double every 48hrs - so even with the exact same test, you likely won't see a really big difference in lines day to day, but over a couple/few days.

If you got a line, that's still bfp

ok here is an updated pic... 48 hrs after the first one I posted. Its a bit darker but not by much and didnt pop up instantly, but i dont think its an evap. the directions stated to wait 3 min. the line was there by then, but the pic was taken about 2 min after that, so at 5 min. My beta is tomorrow and im terrified my tests are just wonky lol
