My youngest started having explosive diarrhea this morning. Dh was lucky enough to deal with the blow out before I got up this morning.

He is still having diarrhea but it smells really sweet. It's fruity, but he hasn't had any juice or fruit today.

I don't know if I should be concerned or if its just one of those poo oddities.

No. No juice and his normal intake of fruit. His first explosion wasn't fruity at all. It's just been the subsequent ones.
