And OUCH I bought mine last year when they were more expensive.

They're pretty warm, and I think they're cute, but I really only wear them when it's wet outside. I'm not sure if they are cute with skinny jeans or not

ETA --> I tried them, NOT cute w/skinnies tucked in, at least not to me. I remember when everyone wore clothes that way in the late 80s so...not this time around

It's the price on the Mephisto's that's killing me...so I think I'm going to at least wait until after Christmas, and see if I'm even thinking about them by then. I do love the look, and could see myself getting lots of use out of them.

Thanks for sharing your lists, I thought that maybe I already had too many. But I think, with boots, that once you start getting into them then you start wanting a pair for every occasion

I live in FL so I don't need any winter type boots, but I did just get my first pair of cowboy boots! Love them. Got them for our wedding in December.

ETA: I instantly want more boots too!

I think I have 3 pairs of boots. My mom :borrowed" 4 pairs and I am not sure if I am ever going to get them back.

I have 7 or 8 pairs. All my tall boots are black though. I need a light brown/tan pair.

Now that I'm back in California, my Uggs and my snow boots will probably never get worn.

I also forgot my cowboy boots, a pair of duck boots and rainboots! I really have a problem..thats like 13 pairs of boots or something. And I have so many I forgot some and had to keep coming back to add the ones I forgot.
