For a 4yo?! Do you think these books are good for a 3-4y if I read them, ofcourse?? Trying to get Christmas ideas.

We love! those books and have been reading them for almost a yr. Dd2(5.5) still gets....concerned-i guess is the right word-for Annie and Jack and has to be reminded it's just pretend. They are mild books just my girls have always been worriers lol I would say if you have a typical 3/4yr old then they would be great books.

Well my oldest LOVES to read with me and he listens good. I love those books! I just don't know..

My DS is 4 1/2 and DD is 6 1/2. They love listening to Magic Tree House at bedtime! I got them some Oliver Moon books from the Usborne book catalog for Christmas. From what I understand they are about a boy wizard and his adventures. Kinda like Harry Potter but not as advanced.

I think it depends on the 4 YO. Some would love it, some wouldn't be quite ready. Personally I'd wait another year, but I know some people read them to their 2 YOs.

My 4.5 is just recently getting into them. I tried before he turned 4 and it just didn't quite keep his attention. But, I agree that it would depend on the kid. We love them!!!

I don't know. My daughter loves books, especially fantasy stuff, and I tried this just before she turned 4 and it didn't do anything for her. I don't know why. I figured I'd try again when she's closer to 5 than she is now.

My daughter was just 5 when she started reading them, she is 7 now. We love them and she is getting book 25-30 for Christmas as we have been unable to get them from the library.

My 4.5 year old DD loves them! She likes me reading them aloud to her and she enjoys looking at the pictures, but she super duper loves the books on CD. It is pretty much the only thing we listen to in the car.

DS LOVES them! He got the complete set on CD for his bday last year and loves listening to them all the time
