I have an allrecipes membership but its kind of a pain to access (doesn't work on phone and we don't have a computer) . I just need help establishing my repertoire of easy go to meals. So what are your easy night recipes?

Breakfast!! I can whip up pancakes and eggs in no time. Crock pizza is another super quick meal here.

I have a list posted on my fridge categorized by meat...makes it much quicker to decide.

Spaghetti
Homemade pizza
Tuna melts

Canned fish things- Tuna melts, salmon burgers, tunas noodle casserole, creamed salmon

Canned bean things- tostadas, burritos, soups

Stir fry onions, bell peppers and garlic, toss in strips of flour tortillas and cook for a couples mins, add shredded cheese, cover and take off burner to let melt. serve with avocado, cilantro, sour cream, salsa

Thin cuts of chicken or pork for stir fry and then depending on seasoning put in tortillas or over rice.
