Why is there no phone # to call Ebay?

Gr... someone opened an item not as described case. It was as described. They have 2 feedback. (one is mine) Anyway I can't find a phone #!

I got the number buy jumping through hoops after hitting Contact us. It has a one time passcode only good for 15 minutes. It told me to go to the website in a recorded message. I finally got a customer service rep after selecting my question was not answered and holding for a long time. Then was told they couldn't do anything until the buyer responded.

(PS. I felt fishy about this sell and I video taped myself packing the item and mailing it! I usually don't do that but I just got a vibe. I'm so glad I listened to it! And they had the item over 3 weeks before contacting me.)

3 weeks before contacting you to complain, heck no, they're up to no good. I hope they lose this claim, keep us posted.

Are you sure its through eBay and not Paypal? Item not as described sounds like a PP complaint. They might be easier to reach.

If the person paid via paypal then you need to go thru them.

No, it's likely eBay. Same thing happened to me. And eBay sided with them even though I could PROVE she was scamming.

Nope! They sure don't!

It was through Ebay. It is a "eBay Buyer Protection case". It was just very annoying to me that they don't just have an easy to access customer service #. (not that customer service was the least bit helpful!)
