SOLD.
I have 1 light blue Happy Heiny I bought a while back on here that was part of a larger lot. I never got around to replacing the leg elastic. Now I'm just too busy and trying to declutter before Christmas. $4ppd PUL appears to be in good condition, elastic was relaxed when I bought it and I completely removed it. Smoke & Pet free home, but I can't vouche for before I bought it.
