Missing Package

I ordered a package from one of the black friday sales and the delivery confirmation says delivered but I d not have the package. We have had problems with our mail lady the past few months. Normally we receive a notice in the box if we are not at home and there was nothing in there today. How would you handle this situation?

I would start with contacting the po or the mail lady.
