Hi! I was approved as a WAHM a couple of months ago, but never got around to putting stuff up. It might have been before the new rules. Anyway, I tried to apply for a badge, but the forum told me that I wasn't "allowed". I'm sure there's just something that I'm missing? I'm selling ring slings/baby clothes.

You're not able to post in WAHM wares? It's showing you as an active WAHM member, so you should be able to post in all the WAHM forums (Wares, announcements, chit-chat)
