Is block feeding the only way to reduce supply?

The really painful engorgement didn't take that long to go away, but the leaking did. I was so tired of leaking! Timing is different for every mom, and even for every baby.

How long are your blocks? You can start small and work your way up if its just killing you.

Even after things evened out I continued to block feed to make sure they were/are getting hind milk. Too much foremilk makes my LOs have frothy poop. It just works for us.

Each mama finds her own rhythm. You are in the grind right now but I promise you it WILL get better and easier in the coming days and weeks. And your DD should be able to nurse comfortably

Mine didnt take long at all. Like PP said each person and baby is different. Hang in there.
