Cant' see picture, but my son's poop was almost always green and stringy. As long as baby is napping, peeing, eating, pooping normally and not showing any abdominal discomfort, it is normal and fine. I imagine I just had too much foremilk, but he was still gaining weight, so it was fine and I didn't pay any mind to it.
