Has anyone else noticed that they are exhausted all the time? I feel like I am never rested. no matter how much sleep I get I wake up exhausted

Re: overly tired?

Yes! My kids don't even get up until 8, but I am exhausted every morning. Normally I'm pretty back to normal by now so this is weird. I'm just trying to make sure Im getting enough Iron. And getting outside everyday wakes me up once I get up.

Re: overly tired?

maybe I need more iron in my diet. as for getting outside, it is cold and dark up here all winter so that isn't an option unfortunately. Sometimes I wish I lived in a place like Ca or AZ.

Re: overly tired?

Are you taking a Vit D supplement? It can be really important for us in more northern areas. I just got a CBC draw at my last midwife appointment so they could check iron too, my lethargy seems a little beyond the norm for how many weeks along I am too.

With DD I ended up needed 8000 IUs for about 6 or 7 weeks to get my vitamin D levels back in the normal range (I'm in Oregon). I noticed a huge improvement in energy after maybe 2 weeks. I started earlier this time and got gummis so they taste good

Re: overly tired?

I'll have to have my doctor run that test and see if I need some
