SO you know the quad screening? Well I just took that at my appt before christmas and they said they would only call me if the results were bad. They just called me half an hour ago and I missed their call. the message just says to call them back but hwen I did it took me to a message saying they were closed for the holiday ;( Now I am going to be freaking out for two days wondering what could be wrong with my baby! It can't be abot my next appt because that is not until the 18th. I am so freakin worried now

I've had offices say that, the no call unless there's something wrong, still call and give an all-clear. I also just went to my midwife appointment Friday and at the ultrasound review part she said "So, they didn't get a clear shot of baby's spine and you're going back. When did you set that appointment for?" Um, I didn't, cause they didn't tell me. It could very well be nothing or inconclusive, offices can be weird. Try to breathe easy until you talk to a person!

it's so cruel. I mean I understand that they can't leave information like that on a voicemail but why call me and tell me to call back when you know you are going to be closing in like half an hour? Now I have to worry about my baby for two whole days! and if they are still going to call you if everything is ok (please God, let that be why they called!) then they should not tell you that they will only call if it's bad news ;(

there ar ea lot of false positives on the quad screen too right? I wonder what is next if there was somethign bad on the test. Another u/s? My husbands cousin has a baby with spina bifida and it breaks my heart ;(

so tried to call the office again and turns out they were on lunch and just had a default message on. The lady said the doctor had to talk to me but was with a patient so she will call me back That can't be good ;(

Could be a simple market. My little guy had two markers for downs. But they were 'soft' markers. No downs. Do not panic until u need to. That test has a ton of false positives

Yes please try not to panic my youngest son had markers but after several ultrasounds they said he was most likely fine. He was born absolutely perfect. Hugs
