It is a BOY here! Second boy for our household. I was convinced it was a girl too but happy to soon have two little boys

We found out we're having a GIRL! This makes 3 boys and 2 girls for me. My daughter is over-the-moon excited!

I was SO certain it was a boy. My symptoms when pg with DD1 were SO different. So I guessed right with my last 2 boys. Apparently my symptoms have nothing to do with the gender, because I was sure this was a boy too. It was a welcome surprise! Now we don't have to figure out how to fit 4 boys into one bedroom!

Also, I asked the u/s tech if she'd heard of that study that predicted gender based on the placement of the placenta. She hadn't. But she said my placenta was just about in the middle, but slightly to the left side... which would go along with the study's theory. Interesting!

It's a boy!!! I am so happy!!! Now I can start planning. For the most part I am happy b/c I just set up my kids room and put the 4yo boy in the larger room and gave my girl the smaller of the 2 room.
