*Update pg3* So Dissapointed! Blueberry Bambo Flats, anyone else?

Mine all frayed after the first wash. I just filled out the form online to have them replaced or repaired. I wonder how long it will take? I want to use them already.

I loved their trainers, and a small is pretty tiny, but they are not waterproof.

I filed that form on Tuesday had a response on Wednesday that required a response from me, which I sent immediately and still haven't heard back with what I'm supposed to do, and as it is the weekend I know I won't hear back before Monday. That's not what I would call quick.

This is really bothering me. These cost a good amount of money and they are completely shredded. I emailed them on the 29th and just got a response today, it seems they want me to mail these back to them? I don't have time to be doing this. IMO they should be sending replacements not asking us to send things back to them. They also said that it is my job to buy insurance for my package.

That's odd, I found their cs had a very quick response.

Although you have to think that like every other cd business they are probably swamped from BF/CM, though its not an excuse and I totally understand your frustration.

Update:

So I was about to call swaddle bees this morning because I filled out the form online to get a return # and it said I was supposed to get one within 24hrs...That was thursday...I didn't hear back until today, I had an email from their customer service manager. Good thing I checked the email before calling!

She asked me to confirm my mailing address and said she would have replacements sent out as soon as possible. I wrote back confirming and within 30min or so I had a reply back from her saying they did not require the flats back and that they were processing my warrently claim and sending replacements. I'm happy with this result! I don't know why others seem to have different experiances. I did send pictures of the defect and a picture of my proof of purchase when I filled out the form online, maybe it was the degree of damage? Either way I sucks that you guys have had this same defect. Its a shame because the flats are very nice, I think they jsut need more quality control!

i have 6 i bought new and about half of them did fray after the first wash. i think i threw my receipt away, i know i threw out the package. what do i need to warranty them?

I bought 6 from KBTM too and 5 of 6 are shredded around the edges after the first pre wash. I was so upset and DH wasn't happy either. I didn't have a chance to call their costumer service today, but will tomorrow. I'm questioning if I even want to get replacements or ask for a full refund. It irks me that now I have to go through all this work just to get and use some diapers and makes me wonder if their any good at all. I do like the trainers that I got though, just so upseting to have brand new expensive diapers destroyed in the first wash. ARGH!!!!
