I sent in my RA form last tuesday too and finally got a hold of them yesterday after calling and calling and calling. They are sending me replacements and I don't have to send the other ones back, but I'm still kind of disappointed with this whole situation and really hope the new ones don't fray too. It's turning into way to much work and hassle just for some diapers. They are super soft though.

Just got my Blueberry flats yesterday. Washed and dried once, and the corner of one is completely frayed out. There are a few other questionable places, too, where the stitching is barely holding on. I suppose I'll be sending in my form as well. I love how soft they are but am pretty disappointed that I spent that much money for such a poor serging job.

mine have been in use for 3 weeks now.....several have shrunk very unsquare....one started to have a tail of serging loosen but i tacked it with a zig zag stitch on my sewing machine....none of the others out of 12 have had a problem.

4 frayed in the first wash and the 2 that were ok frayed in the 2nd wash. They better give me a refund because replacing them with a 2nd set of defective flats isn't going to help. I LOVE SB/BB products but am a little nervous because the retailer I purchased doesn't do refunds on defective merchandise and BB says they don't refund any items purchased through a retailer. Kind of lame.

I ended up getting 4 replacements, and they all frayed as well. I let Blueberry know that I wanted a refund instead, and they told me to contact the retailer who was very gracious and offered a refund right away because the Blueberry person had spoken with them soon after I requested the refund.
