I finished this up tonight, and have all of my napkins sewn, and turned, but waiting for topstitching. However, when DH called and wanted to shop online for my Christmas gifts I thought it best to guide him towards something acceptable

this is an upcycled fitted, a UFO that has been cut for over a year!! the Potter idea hit me last week and I had to make it for a work colleague who is pregnant and a mutual Potter fan ;-)

Thanks for all the quilt love! When you look carefully at it there are tons of flaws, but I'm pretty happy with it for my first. I love love love the fabric I used!

So I ended up only finishing one of the shirts, I didn't take a pic of it yet. I have a few hours, I may go knock out the next 3 yet, but not counting on it, they make me want to cry!

I did make this sock monkey today. He is made from a pair of socks FIL passed on to me to make something from. They were too thick for him to wear.. and too thick for my machine. It took me 5 long miserable hours to make him.
