Okay gurus. Help me find a seat.
So here's the deal. 23 mo old DS is in a Britax marathon 55. I just flipped him to FF so as to comfortably fit the bucket seat in the car (jeep Cherokee). Have an older son not in a seat, so we're limited on space. Now the new baby is about to hit the limit on his infant seat (already!), what are my options for a skinnier (but safe!) Seat?

How old and big is the baby?
I'm sure that would help the techs out but know that every seat on the market goes through the same safety testing. Amanda . Blaming my phone for typos and crap.

Your 7 year old isn't in a seat at all? He really should be in a booster seat.

What is your budget? I have radians and love them (we have 5) also a complete air is pretty slim side to side but the radian is the smallest.
Also as others said your 7 yo should at the very least be in a backless booster which. An be bought very cheap. Just want to make sure your little dude is safe

Re: Okay gurus. Help me find a seat.
Her oldest may be the proper weight and height to not use a booster anymore. Good advice if he's not though.
Have you tried going to toysrus/babiesrus? They will let you take seats out to your car to see if they fit. You can also search on car-seat.org with the year of your jeep and see what others have done. I hear the radian65 is pretty slim and popular for using 3 seats in a row, which should leave room for your oldest to squeeze in. |

Budget: nothing over 150 preferably. And good catch ladies, he just hit the height/weight combo and will be 8 in Feb (although sometimes I wish I could still five-point him!).
Baby is nearing 20lbs already, 26in long. 'Smartphone' approved
