Well, after having a strange week last week, I am getting on the elliptical this morning. I'm just waiting for it to warm up a bit in the sunroom. It is not tied into the house's HVAC system, and I forgot to have DH turn the heater on out there when he left for work.

1week down, 3" lost around the belly!
The eating is easier too. I'm down to 2 meals (yesterday a spinach omelet and a green/chicken salad) with only a couple small snacks. I feel like I'm adjusted now.

Oh, I can't do only two meals I have to do at least three meals and two to three snacks or I feel aweful. So far so good today. I am still not drinking enough but I'm not eating like crap either.

gonna d walk away the lbs today. 1st time exercising sine being preggo. Baby is 1 wk now so I thought this wold be good to start on. 30ds will start next month, I did wonderrful last time I did it.....
not doing well w/ eating, had 5 cookies for breakfast

That's usually me. I am drinking coffee and water in the morning which makes me feel full. Dropping grains has really helped me not feel hungry and have more energy, so that's why I'm able to skip breakfast.
