Preemie clothes fit the bitty baby perfect! If you have a Carter's outlet near you sometimes you can fins them real cheap there.

I've done that! Gap stuff on sale once for the baby dolls, and the UK brand mothercare premmie is smaller (actual premmie size) and we used that for dolly clothes, cheaper than "real" doll clothes!
