This was made to fit 6-12 months with measurements of W: 14-20", R: 18", T: 7-9". This is a very nice, beautiful soaker that we eventually only just got around to washing/lanolizing. When we tried it on, it didn't fit very well with my DS's chubby thighs. Perfect condition, never used. $12.50ppd.
