I want a chicken nugget so bad!!!! Ive been a vegetarian for a decade now. I shouldnt be wanting this. I am this close to packing the kids into the bike trailer amd getting a big frozen bag full of them Can you remind me why thats gross and unethical?

If it helps...the quality of the chicken nugget has changed in the past ten years. You will, inevitably, find yourself both disappointed in the nugget and in yourself.

Of course this is coming from a woman who is sick to death of chicken nuggets, which is the only "protein" my DS will eat! If I never saw another nugget again I would be thrilled.

If it helps last time we were at Costco one of the sample ladies gave us some sort of veggie nugget and it was *really* good. Even my anti-anything-meatless DH remarked on its tastiness So maybe a fake nugget could fill the craving?

Chicken nuggets are gross. Its not even the "quality" chicken, it's the leftover gross stuff. And then it's overly processed. And then deep fried in grease. Yuck.

Morning star chicken nuggets taste good, still not the healthiest thing out there :/

I say if your body is craving its probably b/c you need it.
Sorry, I'm not any but really meat is not bad... Its how you eat it.

Our family doctor is a Naturopath and was a veggie for 12 years before she had kids. When she was preggo with her first she craved meat so badly. She is now a full on meat eater and said if she was craving it that bad her body was trying to tell her something. I believe everything in moderation is good for you (including meat).

Don't waste your guilty conscience on a nugget. Get yourself a nice chicken breast and grill it up and have it with some tasty sauce on a salad or in a wrap.... Or a nice steak? Don't waste all the angst on a nugget.
