Diaper Swappers

My daughter turns 6 months on the 9th and I am wondering if we should start her on solids or not.. she's so gassy and were still trying to figure out what Im eating thats bothering her.. so Im thinking if shes eating solids it will only be worst? What do I do?

We delayed solids. My 12 month old still rather nurse than eat. He is nice and healthy, so I am not worried. If she is having gas issues, I would wait to introduce solids.

My DS wouldn't eat any solids at all! I tried around 6 mo or so and he would rather breast feed, in all honesty he didnt eat "real" food up until a few months ago, he's 24mo now.

I'm kinda glad we skipped the gross purée stage.

As long as baby's nursing, growing and dirtying enough diapers I wouldn't stress about it.

Wait until she's ready. As long as she's gaining weight and getting plenty of breast milk its really no big deal to wait.

LO is 6 month, and we starting REALLY slowly. so far he tasted some banana, avocado, and egg yolk. By tasting I mean, I would give him a tiny amount on a tip of the spoon and he would "eat" himself, making faces like I give him something terrible

He loves to nurse, and that's fine with me.

I cut out dairy again and she seems to be doing better now, I think we'll go really slow and really keep her nursing first for quite a while yet.
