Moving question

I know we have to come to this decision on our own but I'm still struggling.

We've wanted to move out of Ohio for awhile now. My parents moved to Florida about a year and a half ago. Now in Ohio we have my aunt, my grandma, dh grandparents, dh mom and dh aunt. We finally got a job offer for him in Florida about an hr from my parents. It would be a $5 pay cut but healthcare would be a bit less. Another issue is that the company matches less for the 401k than the one he's at now. We have 3 kids now and are pretty sure we want one more and we live comfortably we me being able to stay at home. Now if we moved south I would be able to finish setting up a cleaning business with my mom and probably be able to make up the difference in $. Now my other thing is leaving family. No matter how rude/annoying they can be, they're still our family and I would miss my aunt the most. Also I'm afraid we would possibly hate it and then wouldn't have a job to come back to in Ohio. I'm just confused as to what to do
