I bought some alfalfa sprouts and today is the use by day. I have put some on a wrap but I know they're going to go bad if I don't use them all up tomorrow! Any good recipes I can put them in? Can I freeze them? I know they'll lose a lot of nutritional value but its better than the trash.

I got some to try and just ate them in salads

We just put them on top of things or in sammies. On a burger, on a salad or DH loves them on top of eggs.
