Please send your thoughts and prayers for me and my husband and 2 daughters. next Tuesday the 18th was our due date for our sweet baby Lillian who was born still on aug 10th. we love her and seeing all the pregnant mamas out there hurts! wish we would be bringing her home. we know she is in heaven watching down but it still hurts. we held her and baptized her and told her how much we love her but it still leaves a part of my heart broken. does anyone have any ideas on how to commemorate the due date of her? -- Elizabeth

Prayers and hugs mama! Maybe spend the day with your girls doing something as a family? If you are religious, maybe as a family to pray together and let each person do a special prayer? Maybe light an angel candle for her?

So sorry for your loss, mama. There are no words to accompany that kind of grief. My husband and I lost our 15 week twins in May. When my due date arrived in November, we, too needed to honor our babies, Quinn and Lee. We, along with our four year old, released balloons with special prayers/messages written on them from each of us. Then, as a family, we focused inward, together attempting to have a enjoyable family night. Blessings to you and your family as you face this hard time. Losing a child is unspeakable pain. Your effort, any effort, to remember your babe, will not be in vain.
