I am trying to post in the ISO part of the FSOT area but it says I have to become a FSOT seller first. I am trying to be a buyer not a seller so not sure why and how do I do it? I know newbie question but I'm sooo confused. TIA!

The ISo is part of fsot so in order to post there you have to "become" a seller. A lot of trades happen too and this is just to protect everyone.
