I am super modest usually but wore a bikini top and no bottoms in the tub. I just don't care when in labor.

Definately naked! Clothing bothers me while I'm in labor. It was always just me, husband and our midwife so I didn't feel self conscious. During hard labor decency is not top on my list

I had a regular nursing bra on but didn't end up in the tub. This time I plan on wearing a sports bra or nursing tank top.

Yes, I suppose who is in the room would definitely make a difference... I always have my Mom in with DH and me...and this time around I am hopefully going to have my little sis in too!...she is 23. I guess mainly because of her I feel like having a little something at least covering my breasts would feel better. Thank you all!

I am generally quite modest, but with my second birth, by the time I was ready to get in the tub, I just undressed in the living room next the tub, and was already wearing my planned bra. (A soft sleep nursing bra) DHs brother was there, but I really didn't care at that point!
