34.5 weeks. They stayed in the Nicu 9 days. It gave me some last one on one time with my older son.

Re: for those who had twins at how many weeks did you have birth?
Set 1 - 35wks 0days. Vaginally, spontaneous. baby B 14hrs NICU time. Baby A, home 48hrs later at 3lbs 13oz, but very healthy. (Her brother was 6lbs 9oz at birth. She was 4lbs 7oz. He was over 2lbs bigger than her but had more issues. He had reflux induced apnea and had to be on a monitor. Unrelated to the delivery though, but probably related to being a preemie which is related to them being twins.)
Set 2 - 36wks 0 days. Vaginal. They broke my water, but I'd basically been in labor for weeks and had been 5cms dilated for 2 wks (3 then 4 for 2wks prior to that). Baby B was in the NICU for 11 days due to immature lungs. Baby A came home with me 48hrs later. It was one of the hardest times of my life. Part of me wished both were there because since A was home and not allowed in the NICU, I couldn't be at the NICU nearly as much as I wanted. It was awful and I still feel guilty sometimes. They are 2.5.

Re: for those who had twins at how many weeks did you have birth?
Looks like mine are the earliest (so far), born at 32w and 3d (i think) I went into spontaneous labour. I was going to have a c-section, but DD was so far down they said it would be too dangerous for me, so I had to go for a vaginal. Then it got to a point that DS's heart rate was dangerously low on each contraction, so I was told to push as hard and fast as I could! so it was a kind of emergency vag delivery! They were 3lbs 4, and 4lbs 3 at birth and stayed in the NICU for 4 weeks, just growing time and body temp regulation time. They are perfectly healthy, but just a little bit crazy 3.5 year olds!
