The size chart says 8-16 pounds, but I can tell you they are too big for my 8 pound newborn. I'd say more like 12-20 pounds or so, or after the umbilical cord falls off. I think they are great for the phase when newborn diapers are getting too small but OS are still bulky. I put a link to the size chart in the main post.
