I tried coconut oil on DD's face and it was horrible. Spread the rash and made things worse.

Might work for dry skin, but I won't use it on her face again.

my DS2 has eczema and we use coconut oil. Its the only thing that really works.

also if it seems rash like we use mustard oil.

My ped recommended Eucerin. Worked well for DS.

Coconut oil is amazing. If it's a rash, like yeast, then apple cider vinegar.

Wow. Lots of things to try! I have some coconut oil in the pantry so Ill try that first. Thanks. Yall are awesome

Coconut oil when used on dry skin can dry it out worse- so I'd be careful there. Ds2 gets excema/dry skin patches related to food allergies & weather & CeraVe cream in the tub has been the best find ever! We will never use anything else- i even use their face wash. It's all together in the facial care aisle.

How often are you wiping babies face? The behavior is likely contributing to the issue.
