Re: What do you feed your toddler when they're sick?
I feed my daughter chicken soup or plain chicken-ginger porridge. Usually it's good for the sore throat when a person eats porridge. Fresh pineapple juice helps as well.

Lots of "tea" which is warm lemonade made with honey and real juice from lemons. They love noodle soup so usually that plus crackers, toast and white rice with butter. The are some of there favorite foods anyway so it usually is not at a problem.

Re: What do you feed your toddler when they're sick?
BRAT if it's a tummy thing.
Otherwise, chicken noodle soup where I just dig it all out of the broth, and then try to get him to drink broth separately in a sippy. He will eat the noodles, chicken, carrots, peas, and other veggies cut up small if I put them on the tray. I just offer a lot more frequently so if he eats just two bites each time it adds up over time. Also - a couple ounces of organic carrot juice mixed with a couple ounces water. He LOVES carrot juice and will sip it even if he feels bad.
