hcg diet although i know later my average will drop to .5 lbs a day but that's ok

You eat 500 calories per day of specific foods while on hCG drops or shots. The hCG triggers you to lose fat. You HAVE to be on the hCG though or your body will go into starvation mode with such a low calorie count.

I so want to do this diet but am nursing and afraid I would dry up. I dried up when preggo and the calories are so low.
