What a plan!!!

Today I had to run errands. Grab Arby's for lunch and forgot to get the wrap so I had bread. Now we will see how it goes.

I've tried Insanity. I failed. It's really nuts. And there are a lot of jumps. It was killer on my feet too. I like to workout barefoot on carpet, but for Insanity I need to wear shoes because I hurt my feet doing it. He tells you to land softly but come on. I also have p90x but haven't tried that yet. I'm working my way through C25K.
I tried the C25K, but again...my stupid knees. I do a mean power walk though. I love to walk though. I trick myself by going to the mall just so I can get in some walking.
I always have to wait for DH to get home so I can get on the treadmill otherwise, I'm so worried that the baby is awake, or DS is turning my house upside down.
LOL on the breastmilk. When my sister was 5, we had a black neighbor who had 4 kids and was BF'ing her youngest and my sister asked her if her milk was chocolate milk.
This family ended up being my oldest DD's God parents.

Is he lactose intolerant or milk allergy. You can try raw milk if he is intolerant. Kenzie can't have any milks except raw milk to drink. As soon as she has regular milk you know it.
How does raw milk taste. The only store that sells it here is Whole Foods and they JUST put it back on the market after that outbreak of raw milk issues, or whatever happened!
I'm nervous it will be gross or something!

You can do your own, of course. I have bad feet and I can't jump. The workout is a lot of jumping. I've made it through the first 4 weeks before and even got stronger and better and really felt an improvement...then I started the 2nd 4 weeks with different DVDs and it was worse than starting over. I got really discouraged.
Well, Bummer. I just can't do stuff that hard on my knees. I usually can manage through it, but then a few weeks later my knee's will be screaming and since my doctor is a hater, she says I'm "too young" to possibly have bad knees since I'm only 27. So I have to deal with it.

You Go girl!!!!!

I ate Cheerios for Breakfast...Kill me.
I don't think I can do Paleo. I LOVE cereal.
Are wraps better than bread for sandwiches?

I'm making Garlic Lemon chicken for dinner with broccoli.

I'm down 1lb today! It's a start!

The Joseph wraps are awesome! Only 60 calories. I've found them at Walmart.

I can't believe I lost 5 lbs. Honestly! I'm definitely not counting on anything near that going forward. I'll be happy with 1 lb a week.

@trying4more it's a little sweeter then regular milk but not nearly as sweet as almond milk. It taste actually better. I guess kinda like breast milk would where it's kinda sweet. Just remember to shake it to remix the cream I. Out it would be just cream and way sweet.

We have farm here that sells it so we get it fresh as can be.

That is awesome! lol
