Today I had to run errands. Grab Arby's for lunch and forgot to get the wrap so I had bread. Now we will see how it goes.

LOL on the breastmilk. When my sister was 5, we had a black neighbor who had 4 kids and was BF'ing her youngest and my sister asked her if her milk was chocolate milk.
This family ended up being my oldest DD's God parents.

I'm making Garlic Lemon chicken for dinner with broccoli.

I'm down 1lb today! It's a start!

The Joseph wraps are awesome! Only 60 calories. I've found them at Walmart.

I can't believe I lost 5 lbs. Honestly! I'm definitely not counting on anything near that going forward. I'll be happy with 1 lb a week.

@trying4more it's a little sweeter then regular milk but not nearly as sweet as almond milk. It taste actually better. I guess kinda like breast milk would where it's kinda sweet. Just remember to shake it to remix the cream I. Out it would be just cream and way sweet.

We have farm here that sells it so we get it fresh as can be.

lost .4 this morning wasn't expecting it really .
Was under my 1200 alotted calories for the day ...didn't have time fo breakfast. Logging all my food in MFP .

We tried it once and it was salty...other than that not much of a difference
