Yeah it was hard for me because I love pitas, wraps, and sandwiches. I just really watch what type I eat now. The whole wheat ones I can't have.

im down 3 lbs so I treated myself with a donut today i know dumb but I havent had any bread in a week or so !!!

I feel like I've lost my motivation after meeting my first goal and being so close to TTC...I know I'll feel better getting more fit, but lately I just want to be able to eat what I want. Sorry, just whining. Thanks for being here ladies.

It's a normal feeling. Take a mental health break. Refocus and recharge. Then finish strong and TTC.

I love veggie sandwiches and steak and cheese. I have had to try to stay away from them. I gain each time I eat them.

I go through that too. I just want to be able to eat whatever floats my boat. Have a break day then get back on the wagon. It will recharge you. You can do this

I just ate another sandwich and you know what? It was freaking delicious!! I could eat a 2nd. Do NOT know what my problem is!!! I don't think I've had this many sandwiches in the past 5 years!
