Ok so so far I've scratched one thing off of my list, bought my stretchy wrap. I'm sure the rest will get done in only a few weeks, once the craziness of my sister going home slows down.

Re: Pre Baby preparation list
Wow! I need to get on the ball! This is our first so we dont have much of anything. We are also moving in a month (totally last minute decision) and nothing is packed. I also feel at a standstill cause baby hasnt been very cooperative at our last two ultrasounds so we have no clue whether we are having a boy or girl
. I have been on bed rest too and the only good thing is frequent ultrasounds so baby has one more chance next week! So, my list is...pack up the house Buy a crib Install the car seat (luckily we already have this) pack hospital bag finish buying diapers buy baby clothes wash all the baby clothes we dont have yet Set up the nursery in the new place attend birthing classes & tour hospital And probably a million other things i just cant think of now. I know it will all get done but i am seriously frusterated ![]() t i am very frustrated in the process |

I crossed off one major item off my long list. Finally got a book case we so badly needed. Dh still needs to set it up and unpack so I Can move in the books and random crap in it. Then wash/prepare the closet in use now for baby clothes. I think it's still a lot of work ahead But at least we got started somewhere..

One thing is done, DH set up the futon in the nursery (I like to sit/lay on it in the middle of the night for feedings) we still need to take out the rest of the toys and such though. A lot of the stuff that has to be purchased will happen after DH gets his taxes back so a lot of stuff will be crossed off at once!

Still can't decide if I should add a nursery rocker / glider as a nursing chair. Another expense But I really felt it as a necessity last time. Who here had one in the past? I'd appreciate some input... Thanks

Ya truthful I Can nurse anywhere But that means at the kitchen table. During the day if I ever use my bedroom or leave my door open my older ones take the bed apart, iykwim lol. Dunno... Should wants me to have one But the thought of $$ AND the thought of another thing to add to my long list is annoying!

I need to. . .
Buy: Swaddle Blankets Wipes Do: Wash all her clothes Wash my baby carriers Misc. Closer To The Day (By begining of April): Get all my travel size things together (containers for soap, toothbrush, ect) Pack hospital bag Pack a bag for my other kids Make sure DH has cash for food and snacks for in my room ready, plus his bag ready to go. I'm sure I'm missing something. It really isn't all that much. I have quite a few things to buy just since it's the first girl in a long time, but it'll all get done.
