he asks and i have to tell the truth. he's pretty good at following the various weeks that are safe or not. i was kind of bugging him to get it on tho and that probably clued him in...i couldn't help it, tho. haha.

i think the only thing would be the baby aspirin...at least over the counter. i mean you could try uterine toners, but it's my belief that if you're prone to m/c that you should stay away from herbs like red raspberry leaf in early pregnancy...

Low-dose aspirin is part of the standard med protocol at my Dr's office...but they also "demand" that women not be nursing while TTC with them b/c of how much it can affect progesterone levels & how important progesterone is to maintaining an early pregnancy.

I've started the baby aspirin regimen as well to help as I am right there with u....
My dr actually wants an intensive blood panel done for "multiple loss" but I mc sooo early I really don't want to get it done- I believe it checks for auto immune diseases, blood clotting disorders, thyroid and maybe more- it doesnt ck progesterone tho... Strange? I feel like if they were not such early losses I would do it... anyway try the aspirin! I don't think it can hurt anything. Have you told your obgyn abt the last 3 losses?

I definitely would say progesterone if you're nursing. Prolactin can mess with things SO much and drop progesterone levels to the point where implantation can't happen. This can affect some people up to a year after they stop nursing. I seem to be one of those. Stopped nursing 5 months ago and still have a short LP and evidence of low progesterone. Fun times. I would ask your MW about progesterone supplements.

Thank you...I had a couple of REALLY rough days after the beta. I mean, I'm disappointed, but I just felt so, so depressed, and miserable, and unhappy with my life. Add to it that my commute is insane right now (anybody who watched the GMA broadcast from Upstate NY & our snow saw where I drive to go to work daily) & makes any gym time (a HUGE stress reliever for me), yoga classes, etc., just not do-able. So DP helped me out with a job application last night (the anxiety & self-doubt are immobilizing) & has been just incredibly supportive for the last week or so. Actually, I didn't feel like it at the time, but I guess she really was listening when I dumped out there that I need more help & support from her

. I guess I better do something nice for her, eh?
